気仙沼商業施設「海の市」1F海鮮レストラン。震災復興事業の一環としてのリニューアルデザインをブランディングとともに担当させていただきました。地元の豊富な魚介類を用い、海鮮丼やフカヒレラーメン、魚介類をふんだんに使った洋食が気軽に楽しめるレストランです。夜は、ワインと楽しむスペインバルとして地元の方々や観光客にもご利用いただけるよう業態開発を行いました。インテリアデザインには、「いちば寿司」同様、地元水産業の六次産業化を可視化させた漁師さんの日常の作業風景をモノクロビジュアル写真を用い表現。

Kesennuma commercial facility "Sea City" 1F seafood restaurant. I was in charge of the renewal design as part of the earthquake disaster reconstruction project along with branding. It is a restaurant where you can easily enjoy Western dishes using seafood bowls, shark fin ramen, and seafood, using abundant local seafood. In the evening, we developed a business format that can be used by locals and tourists as a Spanish bar to enjoy with wine. The interior design, like “Ichiba Sushi,” uses monochrome visual photographs to depict the daily work of the fisherman who visualized the 6th industrialization of the local fishery.
